Position Summary:
Full-time, nine-month Instructor of Nursing for primarily clinical and limited classroom undergraduate teaching position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and teach undergraduate classroom, lab and clinical courses in the Department of Nursing.
Effectively advise students.
Engage students in high impact learning practices.
Participate in departmental, college and University activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Develop and teach undergraduate classroom, lab and clinical courses in the Department of Nursing

Minimum Requirements:
MSN, MNSc or MS in Nursing
Hold an Arkansas nursing license (or eligible to obtain one)
Position requires recent experience in a U.S. medical center in medical-surgical nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Evidence of or potential for fostering an inclusive environment for diverse populations
Minimum of 1-year academic teaching at the university level in classroom or clinical
Simulation experience
Evidence of commitment to continuous improvement in teaching
Strong medical/surgical clinical experience.
