The Position
Arkatechture is looking for an Account Manager to help our customers achieve their data-driven strategic goals. This role is focused on nurturing long-term customer relationships, driving increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and serving as a trusted partner to our clients.
As an Account Manager at Arkatechture, you partner with our CSM team to support customers' engagement with our SaaS platform, Arkalytics . You'll focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand and grow our relationships. Leveraging your expertise in account management, you'll work cross-functionally to deliver value, helping customers maximize their use of Arkalytics to achieve their goals.
