Position Overview

Position Overview
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with various mental health needs. The therapist will work closely with clients to develop and implement treatment plans, track progress, and provide support through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat clients
- Develop personalized treatment plans and set achievable goals
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing education
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Current state licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Proven experience as a mental health therapist
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
