Arkose Labs protects enterprises from cybercrime and abuse.Arkose Labs is seeking a talented and results-driven Head of Partnerships to lead our strategic partnership initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's partnership strategy, building relationships with key partners, and driving the growth of our business through partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and seasoned professional with a proven track record of forging successful partnerships in the cybersecurity, technology, and online security industries.Key Responsibilities : Develop Partnership Strategy : Define and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Arkose Labs' business goals. Identify potential partners, both strategic and channel, and develop a structured plan for engagement and collaboration.Partnership Development : Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with organizations that complement Arkose Labs' solutions and enhance its market presence. This includes technology partnerships, reseller agreements, and strategic alliances.Negotiation and Contracting : Lead negotiations, create partnership agreements, and ensure terms and conditions are favorable to Arkose Labs. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to close partnerships efficiently.Relationship Management : Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring a high level of engagement and collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure that their needs and expectations are met.Market Expansion : Develop and execute plans to expand Arkose Labs' market reach through partnerships, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Partner Enablement : Work with cross-functional teams to provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively promote and sell Arkose Labs' solutions.Performance Monitoring : Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships. Regularly assess and report on the impact of partnerships on business growth.Strategic Vision : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).Proven experience in partnership development and management, with a track record of driving business growth through partnerships.Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity, technology, and online security industries.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.Experience with Device Intelligence / Device Identification technologies, including solutions that analyze device fingerprints, behavioral signals, or risk-based authentication methodologies.Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.Why Arkose Labs?
