Description
Summary
Provide operational support for the daily supply chain process, ensuring seamless order fulfillment through to product shipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Supply Chain Order Services , and Buyer/Planner process by supporting the cross-functional activities of incoming inventory deliveries, inventory management and customer order fulfillment for the organization’s products.
- Support the efficient US Customs and Border Control and FDA import clearance process, with the organization’s import brokers, by maintaining accurate product data and providing the required documentation for each shipment’s import clearance.
- Facilitate the operational management of ARKRAY’s third-party logistics (3PL) partnership, overseeing daily import logistics, inventory deliveries, receipt monitoring, order fulfillment, shipment coordination, product returns, and inventory transactions, while providing reporting, communication, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Maintain relationships with shipping companies and freight forwarders, negotiating contracts to secure optimal service levels and cost efficiency.
- Research, recommend, and implement strategies to enhance workflow and process efficiency.
- Perform additional business-related duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Knowledge and Skills
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in the supply chain or logistics industry (required).
- Experience managing a third-party logistics (3PL) provider (preferred).
- Familiarity with the medical product industry (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel spreadsheets.
