Do you want to make a difference? Arkridge HomeCare is looking for a Branch Manager in Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas, who is confident, self-motivated, and wants to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Branch Manager will work remotely from home starting out.
Branch Manager Responsibilities
- Business growth and development
- Employee Recruitment and Retention
- Supervising/ Face to Face Visits
- Hands on
- Scheduling/Staffing
- Ensuring quality and compliance with ArKridge, Regional, State and Federal employment guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Insurance portal management
Specific Requirements
- Self-Motivated to build and grow your branch.
- Proven experience in HomeCare or marketing.
- Excellent problem solving skills necessary to handle client and employee issues
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally
- 1 years of hands-on supervisory experience
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, problem solving, customer service, adaptability, and communication.
- Ability to travel frequently within designated region or other locations as required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
