Looking to hire 3 management positions for this office.
All 3 will be cross trained on all aspects of the office and field duties.
Interview process will be as follows:
First round interviews will be via Zoom.
The second round will be an in-person interview.
The third round of the interview process, if you advance, will be an in person Working Interactive Interview.
Upon hire, employee is required to complete a 1-2 week in person Paid training in Chattanooga, at our corporate office.

Job Description:
-Scheduling/staffing- Staffing clients for services authorized by the state. This includes making sure visits are covered and clients do not go without services. (this includes but not limited to staffing call outs, or last-minute requests) WE DO NOT MISS SHIFTS! If you are unable to staff, you may have to go cover visit to ensure client does not go without.
-Insurance Portal Maintenance- Monitor each MCO insurance portal daily for caregiver clock in/outs in a timely manager. This includes but not limited to, ensuring all caregivers clock in and out for every shift. Putting staff in visits each week, or as schedules change. Deviating visits upon client requested. (We must, and will, maintain 90% compliance in this area.)
-Recruiting- Recruit and hire new caregivers. This includes but is not limited to, interviewing potential caregivers, orientation and training.
-Payroll- The corporate office processes payroll, but each branch is responsible for getting things ready for that process. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring that all hours are recorded in our scheduling system correctly, timesheets are collected and sent in, and submitting any changes necessary.
-Growth- Responsible for growing your branch.
-Follow State and MCO guidelines
-Maintain Arkridge standards- Learn the Arkridge way. We are a step above most and pride ourselves on that. We are about building relationships and meeting people where they are.
-Relationship Building- Build relationships with caregivers, clients and MCO contacts. This is crucial and non-negotiable! Relationships and communication are the key to a good working relationship!
-Office Duties- Day to day office duties as listed above and any others that may be assigned from the Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
-1-2-week paid training in Chattanooga at our Corporate office.
-Driver's license with Auto insurance (non-negotiable)
-Pass a background check and maintain a clear background while employee.
-Have reliable transportaion
-Must have some kind of management/supervisory experience
-Must have caregiver experience (Ex. Person Care, Hoyer lift, etc. Or must be willing to be trained on those things)
-Computer skills. Must be able to navigate a computer and communicate and type clearly and accurate.
-Must be able to problem solve, be able to deal with all people from all walks of life, disabilities, and ethnicity. MUST LOVE PEOPLE and have a heart for people and taking care of people!
-Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently without being micromanaged.
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changes that may come.
-Must be able to delegate tasks and complete tasks with accuracy.
-Must be honest. (We will find out.... we always find out)
-Must be able to accept responsibility for mistakes, learn from them, and move forward.
-Must be able to accept corrective criticism
