About the Role:
As the Program Director, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of both our inpatient and outpatient services in Mechanicsburg. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk leadership position-we're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, step in where needed, and lead by example. You'll work closely with staff and clients to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment while maintaining high-quality care standards.

Middle management experience - Prior experience in a leadership role within the drug and alcohol treatment space is strongly preferred.
