What are the responsibilities and job description for the Harvest Team Agent position at ARL Healthcare?
The Harvest Team Agent is generally expected to discuss harvest and bucking activities with the Harvest Team Lead and members of the harvest team to plan for harvest activities that are consistent with planned production schedules. Responsibilities include a wide range of functions associated with horticultural and agricultural production.
- Scheduled harvests
- Scheduled extract harvests
- Scheduled bucking
- Working as a unit in a team-oriented environment (There is no I in TEAM!)
- Following company inventory procedures and accurately logging data as needed
- Learning and following relevant cultivation and compliance SOP’s
- Operation cultivation equipment and following all necessary training and safety protocols

Working Conditions:
- While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, stooping and repetitive motions. This position also requires working in multiple conditions and environments. You must be able to work autonomously given instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- This position is full-time. The individual will work a minimum of 40 hours on site. This position is labor intensive. You must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds, may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, using a ladder, bending over and/or crouching.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
