Currently our growing Kaukauna, WI facility has a 1st Shift opening for a Logistics and Planning Backup Coordinator.
As a Backup Coordinator at Arla Foods, you will have diverse responsibilities that include:
- Support and backup for Planning and Purchasing Coordinators as needed during day-to-day operations.
- Perform the core jobs of Planning and Purchasing Coordinators when they are absent including conversion planning and scheduling as well as purchasing tasks.
- Enter purchase orders for a subset of suppliers, tracking and ensuring timely receipt of packaging items and ingredients.
- Updates to all defined internal and external parties regarding order status on a weekly basis.
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
A qualified candidate will have an associate degree in related field or at least 1 year of related experience, and strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
