Currently our growing Kaukauna, WI facility has a 3rd shift (10pm-6am) opening for a Line Leader in our Packaging Department.
As a Line Leader at Arla Foods, you will have diverse responsibilities that include:
- Ensure line setup, material availability and readiness for packaging lines.
- To perform leadership skills and responsible to delegate and guide production line employees.
- Monitoring line activity and hold the responsibility of reporting to the Leadership Team
- Monitor the moving of products and materials to and from the assigned line.
