Arla Foods is a farmer-owned global Dairy with over 17,000 employees world-wide. Arla is committed to animal welfare all while providing farm to fridge, high quality, all natural products. Currently our growing Kaukauna, WI facility has a 3rd Shift (11pm-7am) opening for a Cheese Maker.
As a Cheesemaker at Arla Foods, you will have diverse responsibilities that include:
- Follow cheese production and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor milk utilization and equipment performance.
- Be responsible for cheese quality and cleanliness.
- Assist in the resolution of cheese production problems.
- Identify and communicate quality deviations and nonconforming product.
A qualified candidate will have a Wisconsin Cheesemaker and pasteurizer license or obtain one within 1.5 years and; 2 or more years of related experience or; a combination of education and related experiences. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work well with others.
