What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production-Bulk Line Leader-2nd Shift position at ARLA FOODS PRODUCTION, LLC?
Arla Foods is a farmer-owned global Dairy with over 17,000 employees world-wide. Arla is committed to animal welfare all while providing farm to fridge, high quality, all natural products. Currently our growing Kaukauna, WI facility has a 2nd shift (2:50pm-11pm) opening for a Line Leader.
As a Line Leader at Arla Foods, you will have diverse responsibilities that include:
- Ensure line setup, material availability and readiness for packaging lines.
- To perform leadership skills and responsible to delegate and guide production line employees.
- Monitoring Bulk line activity and hold the responsibility of reporting to the Production Leadership Team/
- Monitor the moving of products and materials to and from the assigned line.
A qualified candidate will have at least 1 year of machine operation experience and mechanical aptitude. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work well with others.
