Arledge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, inspiring Aesthetics Registered Nurse or Practitioner Injector, who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Our clinic focuses on treating the whole patient and their needs. We dedicate our practice to center on patient wellness and prevention as the foundation of their care. We focus on the entire patient, including plastic surgery, weight loss, nutrition, hormone replacement therapy, skin rejuvenation, body sculpting, Dermal Fillers, Neurotoxins, PDO Threading, and Microneedling. You will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, including Patricia Arledge, MD (Plastic Surgeon). Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Performs non-surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with patients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of the patient.
  • Evaluate the patient's suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
  • Pursue opportunities to educate patients on additional services and products.
  • Educate patients on all treatment processes including pre- and post-treatment care guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each patient.
  • Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate patient treatment records/data in the patient’s medical chart.
  • Assist in confirming invoicing details in order to appropriately bill patient.
  • Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with patients regarding various aesthetic options to achieve their desired outcomes and providing recommendations on the best treatment options.
  • Developing and implementing one-on-one individualized patient treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
  • Providing education to the patient with relevant information about the procedure and potential side effects of the product being used.
  • Performing injectable treatments such as Botulotoxin, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectables.
  • Performing various cosmetic treatments such as microneedling, laser treatments, and chemical peels.
  • Ensuring all treatments are administered safely and accurately, following established protocols and best practices.
  • Providing patients with pre-and post-treatment instructions and answering any questions they may have.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic injectables, laser treatments, and skincare.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and follow through with before and aftercare product recommendations
  • Candidate must have their own business social media presence and collaborate with our social media coordinator.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1 years of Aesthetic injectable experience is highly preferred
  • Must have a current license in the state of Texas.
  • Experience with aesthetics treatments, health and wellness, plastic surgery, or dermatology.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records is a must.
  • Must be a self-starter and have a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and personal and professional integrity.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administering injections: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • RN License (Preferred)
