Arlington Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) is actively recruiting for a Member Service Representative to operate in their branches. In this role you will be responsible for presenting and educating various Credit Union products and services to members. Provide Remarkable Service to members through active listening and analyzing and researching concerns. Cross-offer/sell Credit Union products and services to enhance the member’s experience. Maintain knowledge of all services and operations of the Credit Union. Refer members to other departments as needed for new products or existing services.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED; Six months to a year of related experience: Additional specialized or technical training is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of modern office equipment. Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications (Microsoft Excel and Word preferred); ability to integrate technology into work processes to improve productivity and control.
• The ability to present information clearly and effectively when speaking and writing; listen attentively and ensure information is understood by all parties. Share information in a timely manner using the most appropriate method.
• Proficient math knowledge.
