This position can work up to 35 hours a week. Hours may vary based on the amount of lessons and season.

JOB SPECIFIC INFORMATION
- Conduct golf lessons as designated by the General Manager, demonstrating appropriate drills and techniques.
- Ensure quality instruction while maintaining class control and taking attendance.
- Promote lessons, golf shop sales, and special programs to increase participation.
- Follow Park District policies and assist with special events or promotional programs.
- Maintain positive relationships with participants
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Good knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of golf instruction
- Good knowledge of pertinent safety precautions
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and the public
- Respond effectively to inquiries, and emergencies, and administer first aid when necessary
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating composure in high-activity situations
- Communicate clearly, follow directions, and complete tasks efficiently
