Our team of Automotive Professionals are looking for an “experienced” Automotive Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager to work at our busy Kia dealerships in the AFTERNOON SHIFT. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong CSI and selling skills to assist our customers with all of their service needs.

Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor:

• Selling service products
• Scheduling appointments
• Generating estimates
• Conducting post-repair follow-up
• Resolving customer complaints

Qualifications of an Automotive Service Advisor:

• At least 1-year experience as a Service Advisor at a retail auto dealership
• Nissan/Infiniti experience is a real PLUS!
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong selling skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
