Our client located in Mundelein, IL is looking for a Manager of Human Resources to join their team:
Description:
- Will function will in a fast-paced, union, manufacturing environment
- Responsible for providing talent management, employee relations, coaching/leadership development, succession planning, training/development and compliance.
- Will serve in both a strategic and tactical capacity
- Provide development and direction to the HR team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish a huge plus
- Previous supervisory experience a must
Salary range: $120K - $140K DOE
