Our client located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL is seeking an Human Resources Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities :
Responsible for talent acquisition, retention and onboarding
Development of performance management program and compensation strategy
Management of all employee relation issues and investigations
Partner with management on strategic HR initiatives
Maintain company compliance with state and federal laws
Serve as a back up to process weekly payroll
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 7 years of previous HR experience
- Previous experience putting HR infrastructure in place desired
- Previous experience in a Union environment very helpful
Salary : $90K - $115K This role is onsite daily
