Our client located in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Human Resources Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR KPI objectives and provide development and guidance to HR staff
- Ability to coach leadership, drive talent development and engage employees
- Management of all employee relation issues and investigations
- Manage safety initiatives, policies and procedures
- Oversee HR metrics, reporting and HR budgets
- Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits and performance management programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 10 years of previous HR experience
- Previous experience in an automotive manufacturing setting highly desired
- Previous experience in a multicultural environment a must
Salary: $100K - $120K
This role is onsite daily
