Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our client's team at their Hoffman Estates location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the payroll team on prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance.
- Ensure accurate records on wage determinations, fringe benefit allocations and overtime calculations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Oversee certified payroll reporting.
- Manage a team of 2-4 payroll specialists.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of previous payroll experience preferred.
- 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Experience with ADP payroll software required.
