Summary Job Statement:
This onsite (Indianapolis) position will primarily be responsible for assisting end-users with a variety of support questions and issues regarding company software and equipment. The position will also include responsibilities for onboarding, training, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Information Technology support role.
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field and/or IT certifications strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in providing end user support.
Essential Technical Skills
- Basic working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365 Admin, Windows 11, Active Directory, and Android and iOS mobile devices.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Information Technology troubleshooting best practices.
- General knowledge of common cybersecurity threats and best practices.
Essential Personal Skills:
- Excellent customer service and patience while working with end users.
- Excellent personal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow documentation independently.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work well independently and participate effectively with their team.

Essential Functions:
- Provide remote and in person user support related to Microsofts core business applications, RingCentral, LastPass, network/connectivity, Teams Rooms, and proprietary business applications.
- Deploy technology such as PCs, tablets, monitors, printers, and other commonly used office hardware.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot video conference room technology.
- Create training videos and facilitate in person training on business application features.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support, onboarding, inventory, and project work in the company ticketing system, Freshservice.
- Perform IT tasks related to the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Create and maintain documentation for hardware, applications, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
