Arlington Toyota Service Department is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our winning team.
SUMMARY
Seeking a Call Center Agent with exceptional customer service skills and a positive, driven attitude. In this role, the agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments
Proactively call customers to schedule upcoming service appointments
Follow up with customers to remind them of their upcoming scheduled appointments
Collaborates closely with the service advisors and department to coordinate customer appointments
Engage with customers and callers in a courteous, helpful, and efficient manner
Contribute to the customer satisfaction process
Support the customer retention efforts of the organization
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an outgoing and positive demeanor, and a proven track record of punctuality with the ability to handle schedule flexibility. They must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report, as well as reliable transportation.
Additionally, the candidate must be able to clear a pre-employment background check and maintain a professional appearance. While bilingual skills are considered a plus, they are not a strict requirement for this position.
