Job Title: Adjunct Drug Testing Program Manager
The Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Adjunct Drug Testing Program Manager to support the mission readiness of the Air National Guard. This role will administratively manage the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) under the direct guidance of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the installation drug testing program and conduct urine specimen collection activities.
- Provide training for Observers and document their feedback during the collection process.
- Present quarterly and annual DDRP metrics to the Wing Commander.
- C coordinate with the WDDRPM to ensure required Observers are available for drug testing.
- Maintain drug testing records, supplies, and collected specimens in accordance with DDRP regulations.
- Perform evidence-based outreach and prevention education activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or trade school certification.
- Prior Military Experience preferred.
- SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of experience in drug testing and prevention education.
- Knowledge of accepted training theories, methods, and techniques concerning group dynamics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing.
Additional Requirements:
- Individuals ineligible to serve as DTPAMs if they have a record of conviction by courts-martial or civilian criminal court for any offense or history of past misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, or drug abuse.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a non-sensitive background investigation.
- Position may be subject to random drug testing.
- Must be available to work on a military installation during all required drill events.
- Employee must maintain current training certifications.
