The Arlluk Technology Solutions team is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) on a military installation.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring mission readiness by fostering a drug-free environment through education, prevention, deterrence, and detection. Your expertise in management and organization will enable you to effectively administrate the DDRP, working closely with the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager.
Your role will involve:
- Coordinating urine specimen collection activities, including training observers and managing the day-to-day operations.
- Providing feedback on the DDRP to senior leadership and presenting quarterly/annual metrics as needed.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with ADAPT, Family Advocacy, Youth Services, Chaplains, and IDS teams.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- A high school diploma or trade school certification demonstrating relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Prior military experience is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be used to qualify.
- Knowledge of the theory and principles of management and organization, including administrative practices and procedures related to drug testing and prevention education.
