- Take orders: Take orders from customers and deliver drinks and food
- Prepare drinks: Prepare and organize drinks and glassware
- Provide customer service: Answer customer questions and address their needs
- Process payments: Itemize bills and process payments
- Stock and clean: Clean and stock beverage service stations and collect dirty cups
- Assist bartenders: Help bartenders with additional tasks
- Report intoxicated guests: Report guests who are noticeably intoxicated to supervisors
