About the Role:
As a Principal Product Manager, Mobile Ads, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and innovation of our mobile advertising platform. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching new mobile ad products and features that deliver exceptional value to our advertisers and users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our mobile ad products, aligning with the overall company goals and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats within the mobile advertising landscape.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to bring new mobile ad products and features to market, ensuring they meet both user and business needs.
- Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data-driven insights to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision and progress to key stakeholders, including executives, engineers, designers, Marketing and sales teams across different regions
- Tool Setup : Make changes to the Configurations and setup for the complete setup related to house Ads, Programmatic ads and direct deals
- A/B Testing: Develop a strategy to understand key monetization metrics and testing out different cohorts and multiple features across the customer base
- Ad Sales/Direct deals: Coordinate with Ad sales/marketing stakeholders to make sure that direct deals are setup in the most optimized and are designed to run on mobile to achieve best value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on mobile advertising or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative mobile ad products.
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including key players, technologies, and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Passion for mobile technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile app development and monetization strategies.
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms and technologies, such as ad servers, ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms. Google Ad Manager working experience is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with consent management platforms like One trust
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between $171,000 – 269,000/year, plus equity. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including bonus, equity, and a full range of benefits. Details of all benefits will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
