The ARM Group is hiring for a Full-Time Jr. Junior National Account Manager for one of our leading clients in Charlotte, NC.
Salary : Up to $100,000.00 / Annually
Travel : Up to 50%, including potential international travel
Job Type : Hybrid
Job Overview :
The Junior National Account Manager (NAM) will drive sales growth by managing key accounts (Lowe's & Lumber Liquidator) and collaborating with internal teams.
The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing relationships, and overseeing product assortment and pricing strategies to meet U.S. sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with Lowe’s & Lumber Liquidator stakeholders.
Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Monitor sales performance and manage product assortment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, etc.).
Provide sales forecasts, and performance analyses, and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications :
2-3 years’ direct sales experience.
Strong financial acumen, forecasting, and analytic skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Experience in the flooring industry or related field preferred.
College degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
