About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Assistant to the COO to support our leadership team in managing travel logistics, research, and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at problem-solving, and has strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting : Work extensively with Excel to analyze business metrics, create reports, update charts / SAP, and build pivot tables for key operational insights.
Market & Business Research : Conduct research on industry trends, potential vendors, competitors, and other strategic business needs.
Administrative Support : Assist in managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal / management / customer meetings or reports as needed by coordinating with internal stakeholders / India as needed.
Others : Travel coordination optimization and scheduling, accommodation, local transportation, Budget, expense & reimbursement processing; Customer visit handling including preparations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant, business analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in
Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis) and
PowerPoint .
- Strong research and reporting skills.
- Experience with travel booking platforms and budget tracking tools (preferable).
Soft Skills :
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
