The ARM Group is seeking an Server / Room Attendant for an American cuisine restaurant with a Southern twist, located in Elon, NC

Server - Elon, NC - $7.50 / hr.

Responsibilities :

Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Take accurate food and beverage orders, suggesting menu items as needed.

Open and pour wine tableside, maintain cleanliness, and assist with prep work.

Handle payments (cash, credit, room charges) and maintain confidentiality.

Assist with special events and customers with disabilities when needed.

Perform cleaning tasks, including bussing tables and assisting with dirty dishes.

Qualifications :

One year of prior food and beverage experience preferred.

Knowledge of food handling, guest relations, and communication.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain punctuality.

Food safety certification as required.

Experience with POS and reservation software (e.g., Micros, OpenTable).

Physical Demands :

Ability to perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Room Attendant Elon, NC - $15 / hr.

Summary :

Responsible for cleaning rooms and halls in a hotel by performing various housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Clean, dust, polish, and service guest rooms daily.

Stock cart with supplies at the start of the shift.

Greet guests and replace linens and supplies.

Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and rearrange furnishings.

Report damages, hazards, and strangers in assigned areas.

Return lost items to housekeeping.

Replace light bulbs and restock cart at the end of the shift.

Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas.

Qualifications :

Less than high school education or up to six months related experience.

Ability to read simple sentences and recognize words and numbers.

Must speak English to communicate with guests.

Physical Demands :

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, stoop, kneel, and talk or hear.

Must lift or move up to 25-30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds frequently.

Work Environment :

Occasional exposure to cleaning fluids and solvents.

Moderate noise levels.
