The ARM Group is seeking to hire a full-time opportunity for a Controls Supervisor at one of our leading clients in Eagle, CO
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Controls Supervisor to oversee and manage our Controls department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC Controls, start-up, and commissioning, excellent leadership skills, and the proven ability to complete jobs on time and on budget.
Salary: $80,000-$110,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Review controls drawings, equipment submittals, and manuals.
- Coordinate HVAC controls with project managers and subcontractors.
- Identify and present HVAC controls scope of work.
- Travel to job sites and support superintendents and subcontractors.
- Coordinate installation schedules with project managers.
- Complete daily work orders and coordinate schedules.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Start up and commission equipment, including boilers, air conditioners, furnaces, etc.
- Perform quality control job site walk-through visits.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HVAC equipment including boilers, air conditioners, furnaces, RTUS, VAVS, mini splits, VRF, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of HVAC electrical/control install and commissioning.
- Start-up and commissioning experience with HVAC equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
