Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License in Virginia.
- 10 years of professional engineering and project management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using the Virginia Stormwater Management Regulations.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or similar stormwater software.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, articulate, assertive, and confident.
A Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is preferred.
