As a Project Management and Technical Expertise professional, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion within budget guidelines. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex land development projects.
- Collaborating with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure project compliance.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License in Virginia.
- 10 years of project management experience in land development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Virginia Stormwater Management Regulations.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
