Job Description:

- Managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion within budget guidelines.
- Evaluating project feasibility, assessing risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Preparing technical designs, permit applications, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License in Virginia.
- 10 years of project management experience in land development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Virginia Stormwater Management Regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
