Your Role : Treasure Data is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Director of Product Management to lead our Core Services, Trust & Integrations product team. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap including the entire product life-cycle from definition, build, launch, initial ramp and eventual end-of-life. You work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions to a diverse set of global 2000 customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong SaaS security, martech and technical background, a strategic mindset and be passionate about delivering successful platform products.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership : Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Core Services, Trust and Integration, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and priorities.Core Services Innovation : Lead initiatives for identity resolution, data management, ETL workflow orchestration, and the query engine to enable seamless customer data unification.Trust Platform Ownership : Drive the roadmap for enterprise-grade security and privacy features, including IAM, policy-based permissions, BYOK, data lineage, and compliance with global privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.Integration Leadership : Advance Treasure Data’s integration ecosystem, including data ingestion, activation frameworks, and expanding the portfolio of 200 connectors.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for Treasure Data's CDP platformTeam Development : Manage and mentor a global team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.Customer Engagement : Engage with key enterprise clients to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and act as the voice of the customer to translate insights into actionable strategies.Operational Excellence : Ensure performance optimization for a platform processing millions of queries and trillions of records daily.
