Job Description :
We are seeking a Staff Software Modeling Engineer and Manager to join a team developing models of Arm Interconnect components in C critical to Arm's mission.
Successful candidates will combine hands-on technical expertise with a passion for coaching and supporting a high-performing team. They will work closely with a technical lead while managing a team of 3-4 engineers with diverse experience levels. In addition to experienced managers we welcome applicants who are technical contributors looking to develop their people leadership skills or who are relatively new to management and eager to grow in an encouraging environment!
Responsibilities :
- Build trust and rapport with team members by fostering open communication and psychological safety.
- Apply a situational leadership style to meet the unique needs of each individual, providing tailored mentorship and support.
- Coach team members to balance the demands of delivering at pace with maintaining high-quality code.
- Leverage strong C skills to contribute technically and provide thoughtful review and guidance.

Salary Range :
185,491-$250,958 per year
