A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 2-3 years of related job experience. Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word, are preferred. The successful candidate will also require completion of specific courses, such as Instrumentation 2, PLC-2, and others approved by the Maintenance Manager and HR Department.

Main Responsibilities
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and PLC ladder logic blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Utilize common hand and power tools, working knowledge of specialized equipment, and electronic devices for basic troubleshooting and repair.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance without supervision, including inspection of mechanical and electrical equipment, making minor adjustments, and performing advanced maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrate confidence in diagnosing complicated equipment failures of mechanical and electrical devices, troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment, facilities, and parts as required.
- Show ability to perform diagnostics and related repair work of critical facility equipment, including extruders, ovens, mixers, granulators, and their subsystems and components.
- Demonstrate ability to do instrument calibrations with minimal assistance, basic ability to work with PLC systems, and programmable software.
