Overview
We are looking for motivated, dedicated, and honest customer service representatives to generate leads as well as salespeople to join our dynamic team focused on roofing and gutter products. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will interact with customers across multiple channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, a drive to excel, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to analyze the candidate's needs to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
Handle all customer contact with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, performing inspections, and offering product information.
Collaborate with management to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
Analyze customer feedback and data to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on our app.
Assist multilingual or bilingual customers as needed, ensuring clear communication.
Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving common goals.
Canvass neighborhoods that have recently been impacted by weather events.
Perform roof inspections and repair testing as needed.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in customer service or the construction and roofing industry is preferred, however we are willing to train anyone who has the motivation.
-Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide customized solutions.
-Decent verbal and written communication skills in English (doesn't have to be perfect, we'll help) fluency in other languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
-Must have access to a smartphone with cellular data
-Proficient in using computer systems to track interactions and manage client accounts. (Experience with the JobNimbus app is a plus!)
-A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
-Willing to work outside and knock on doors
-Drivers licenses are preferred but not required (we require some form of reliable transportation)
-Reliable and honest
-Must be motivated to make money as pay is commission-based with no cap!
-Must be willing to work under 1099 (we accept tax ID!)
