About Us:
Armada Design & Build is a leading residential design-build firm based in Bellevue, WA. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring efforts by identifying top candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Search, filter, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles.
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to source talent.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates.
- Provide weekly reports on recruitment progress.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Experience with recruitment, sourcing, or HR.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Russian language proficiency
Must Have Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies.
- Knowledge of the residential construction or design-build industry.
