Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead our trauma recovery and addiction treatment outpatient center in Ohio. As the Clinical Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of comprehensive addiction treatment services, including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), individual therapy, case management, medication management, peer support, and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS). Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients as they navigate their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality addiction treatment services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Develop and implement treatment programs and protocols that address the unique needs of individuals seeking addiction recovery, including PHP, IOP, individual therapy, case management, med management, peer support, and TBS.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure appropriate medication management for clients and oversee compliance with medication protocols.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes recovery and empowers clients to achieve their treatment goals.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, clinical supervision, and performance evaluations to ensure the professional growth and development of the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources to enhance the center's visibility and facilitate access to addiction treatment services.
- Stay informed about current trends, research, and evidence-based practices in the field of addiction treatment to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
- Participate in the center's quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including licensing, accreditation, and certification requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a LPCC or LISW in the state of Ohio preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of addiction treatment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, including PHP, IOP, individual therapy, case management, med management, peer support, and TBS.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment facilities.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.
