What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st Shift Robot & Flighting Press Operator & Burn Table Assistant position at Armada Staffing Group?
Job Duties :
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on Work Orders
- Maintains in-process inventory by delivering and opening materials and supplies for needed production
- Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units completed and location of units
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; bringing any issues to Management
- Initiate Cobot programs on Cobot Machine
- Ensure accuracy of final product per Management direction
- Monitor the quality of all parts that come off the Cobot and identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures
- Operate overhead cranes and miscellaneous tools in a safe manner
- Organize parts coming off the Cobot and putting parts away in respective areas
- Routine thorough cleaning of the Cobot and surrounding cell
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Keep a clean and tidy workspace
- Meet all safety requirements of the company
- Identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
