What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Armadillo Hotel?
Looking for an experienced Maintenance Candidate for a Hotel facility. Job duties will require repairs of equipment throughout the facility and small landscape duties weekly.
Responsibilities will include, safe maintenance of the property. requires excellent problem-solving skill to resolve any complications at the location and execute repairs in a timely manner to prevent down time. Establish and perform a schedule for custodial and landscape maintenance for the property weekly. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce any equipment malfunction or failure.
Be cognizant of OSHA laws and regulations prior to any work on site.
Must possess a positive attitude under any condition for our customers
Be able to work evenings and weekends and overtime if needed
Must have transportation daily to the site or live in the community
Candidate has promotion potential for a location that is bigger and being built couple miles away based on performance, knowledge and attitude.
Appearance needs to be in a clean and professional manner at all times throughout the work day for our customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: 8 to 10 hour shifts
Work Location: One small location while a new bigger location is being built
