Customer Experience Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales processes is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
