Roles And Responsibilities
- Research grant opportunities, prepare grant applications, and manage the grant award process for the federally funded tunnel project
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, regulations, and reporting obligations throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and financial performance to ensure alignment with grant guidelines and project goals
- Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and grant administrators to streamline grant processes and maximize funding utilization
- Prepare accurate and timely grant reports, financial statements, and documentation for submission to funding agencies
- Conduct financial analysis, grant forecasting, and risk assessment to optimize grant funding and budget management
- Coordinate with auditors, grantors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate grant audits and ensure transparency and accountability in grant-related activities
- Stay informed about federal grant regulations, funding trends, and compliance requirements to guide decision-making and strategy
- Other related duties and tasks as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required, advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience ingrant analysis, compliance, and reimbursement for projects relating to construction, preferably in federally funded projects
- Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements
- Proficiency in financial software, grant management systems, and Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
