Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time Office Engineer for a federal construction project related to complex rail, transit, and other transportation projects in NY & NJ.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in the field of civil construction, as well as a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
If selected, candidates will need to provide digital proof of licensure and certification for all U.S.-based accolades, including academic degree, before time of interview. This position will be full-time, on-site. Candidates are expected to live in or near the New York metropolitan area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Distribute and track daily and monthly reports
- Enter data into the Project Control Management System
- Provide vital support to Project Manager as required
- Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute meeting minutes to involved parties
- Coordinate design reviews and track RFIs
- Perform additional tasks as needed
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Construction, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of civil construction
- Experience in large-scale civil, structural, and/or industrial projects is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as industry practices required
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Autocad, Bluebeam, ProCore, Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
