The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, along with 10 yearsofexperience with regulatory agencies, including USACE, USFWS, NMFS, NJSHPO, NJSE (HMDC), and NJDEP.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide regulatory compliance review of Federal, State, and Local permits
- Review and provide guidance onRFQ/RFP to ensure all requirements from the permits and the FEIS/ROD are incorporated accurately
- Determine if there are permit/environmental impacts associated with work elements
- Ability to interpret scientific data and specifications and develop technical memorandums
- Attend weekly meetings with the team, as well as workshops as needed, to provide status updates and answer any regulatory compliance/environmental questions
- Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) to ensure all requirements from the permits and the FEIS/ROD are incorporated accurately
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 yearsofexperience with regulatory agencies, including USACE, USFWS, NMFS, NJSHPO, NJSE (HMDC), and NJDEP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Creative Suite, e-Builder, and Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency in CAD drafting software (AutoCAD or similar) is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required
