Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned and polished to perfection. This role involves both interior and exterior cleaning, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing exteriors.
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and wiping down surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed while adhering to company standards.
- Ensure all vehicles are presented in pristine condition before returning them to customers.
- Drive vehicles to designated areas safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing process.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the process.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning products and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in car washing or automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with buffing techniques and window tinting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to drive vehicles safely and possess a valid driver's license.
- Experience in custodial work or general cleaning is beneficial.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
