We are seeking a highly skilled Intapp Senior System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Intapp systems, focusing on the Conflict and Independence module and the Client Intake product. Additionally, the candidate will be proficient in configuring and managing integrations using Intapp Integration Service (IIS) powered by Boomi, combining system administration and light development tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Intapp product suite (system performance, troubleshooting, updates & patching), specifically for the Conflict/Independence and Client-Intake modules

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with firm security policies and best practices.

• Configure, adjust, and create integrations using Intapp Integration Service (IIS / Boomi) to streamline workflows and enhance system interoperability.

• Identify and perform data remedy or ETL functions in coordination with Q2C source systems and data governance teams, to ensure data integrity and consistency

• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, or relevant/equivalent work experience 

• Minimum of 3 years of specific experience with Intapp software performing noted responsibilities

• Demonstratable experience in Intapp Integration Service (IIS) and Boomi integration platform.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents. the compensation range for this position: $102,000 - $120,000. For Illinois residents. the compensation range for this position: $102,000 - $120,000. For Washington residents. the compensation range for this position: $112,000 - $132,000. For New York residents. the compensation range for this position: $112,000 - $132,000. For Southern California residents. the compensation range for this position: $112,000 - $132,000. For Northern California residents. the compensation range for this position: $117,300 - $138,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
