Armanino, a Microsoft Partner, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of our Microsoft partnership, including programmatic alignment and incentives management. This role requires strong project management skills, expertise in Microsoft programs, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Programmatic Alignment: Ensure alignment with Microsoft programs and initiatives, including Solution Partner Designations and Advanced Specializations.
Incentives Management: Manage and report on Microsoft incentive programs, including enrollment, earnings reporting, and case management.
Microsoft Program Enrollment: Oversee the enrollment process for key Microsoft programs, ensuring compliance and maximizing customer funding opportunities.
Customer Association Audit: Establish and manage the customer association audit process via CPOR, DPOR and PAL, including defining "how-to" guides and providing monthly audit reports.
Microsoft Licensing Expertise: Provide expertise in Microsoft licensing, including CSP licensing logic and managing/auditing correlated incentive programs.
Field Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft sales, sales enablement, and account teams within key regions and solution areas.
Microsoft Commercial Marketplace: Publish and ensure visibility of service offerings and IP in AppSource or Azure Marketplace and manage the customer portal for purchasing and managing subscriptions.
Manage Special Projects: Organize and manage initiatives in support of our Microsoft relationship internally to include support of our CSP strategy, program audits and other programmatic needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in program management, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Strong understanding of Microsoft programs, incentives, and licensing.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or other relevant project management certification.
Experience with Microsoft CSP, AppSource, and Azure Marketplace.
Knowledge of Microsoft Programs, Solution Partner Designations and Advanced Specializations.
