Armano Real Estate is a boutique tenant advisory company. We provide custom and fully integrated corporate real estate solutions through a strategic consulting framework. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven commercial real estate advisor and business development professional to expand our market presence in the New York City Tri-State area and nationally.
Your main responsibility as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor will consist of prospecting, networking, and relationship building to help drive revenue growth and increase market share. This is a ground-floor opportunity to expand your knowledge in the real estate market and be up to date on recent trends, developments, and industry news.
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to succeed and a high degree of professionalism.
- One (1) to three (3) years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, real estate, architecture, or another relevant field a plus.
- Must have a New York State broker or salesperson’s license.
- Must have sales experience.
- Must live in the New York Tri-State area.
